Waffle Station

handmade waffles with the following toppings —

strawberry and blueberry compote, whipped cream, bacon jam, maple syrup & whipped butter


Omelette Station

farm fresh eggs or egg whites prepared a la minute with your choice of -

sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, rosemary ham, bacon, zucchini, onions, feta & white cheddar​


 Eggs Benedict Station

poached eggs prepared a la minute with — toasted English muffins, creamy hollandaise sauce and your choice of — smoked salmon; sautéed spinach, peameal bacon


Mimosa Bar

a selection of juices:

orange; grapefruit; cranberry; mango

garnished with oranges, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries
