Jayne Dunsmore is the CEO and Executive Chef of Jayne’s Gourmet and has more than 20 years of experience as a professional Chef and Event Planner. She has catered hundreds of events both in Canada and throughout the world.
Jayne attended York University, graduating with honours in Psychology and Social Work. Convinced that her overriding passion was cooking, Jayne applied to a number of culinary schools in North America and selected the prestigious Culinary Institute in San Diego. Upon graduation Jayne secured the Executive Chef position with the renowned Art Bolic Catering.
Being the Entrepreneur that Jayne is, she knew she was destined to break out on her own to make her own mark. So three years, lots of planning and a little luck, brought Jayne back to Toronto to open her very own catering company, Jayne’s Gourmet.
