• We encourage our clients to incorporate more plant based items into their menu planning.
• We use china for all food presentation and events and use biodegradable products made from corn husks and palm, which composts.
• We source wine and beer locally and encourage our clients to use tap water or glass bottled water.
• Our goal to limit our carbon footprint extends to how we handle food waste and excessive food products in a thoughtful fashion. Whenever possible we donate leftover food to local shelters.
• We compost and recycle all food scraps.
