AAA tenderloin of beef — sliced, served medium rare, freshly grated horseradish, garlic aioli, whiskey grain mustard, roasted peppers, caramelized onions, chimichurri, brioche buns

slow-roasted porchetta — grilled fennel, summer zucchini and green bean salad, mini brioche buns, sweet red pepper chili mayo, caramelized onions
