My goodness, the food was absolutely fabulous! There was barely any leftover. I personally had two servings of the Quinoa Salad and the Potato Purée. They are my favourite.
Just after the lunch, we received many positive comments on the food. We should be connecting with the organizer early next week for any their feedback and will update you !
As for improvements, nothing to comes to mind. We were very pleased and thank you for the hard work and attention to every detail.

By now you will have received the final cheque in payment of the balance owing for our buffet dinner party. I just wanted to tell you again what a great success we think it all was and to thank you for that. And to say how good the buffet was – we have had so many positive comments. And, I have to say, your personal presence was another plus. So many of our guests commented on your charm and what it added to the evening. I had not expected that we would have you personally being our waiter and I thank you for that. We really appreciated all that you and your company did to make the evening such a success. In the end, even the weather cooperated!
