Josh Standing got his start in professional kitchens while in high school with a “stage” at North 44. Bitten by the ‘gastronomic bug’, Josh attended the University of Guelph, receiving a degree in Food and Hotel Administration. With a few ‘stints’ under his belt at some of Toronto’s top restaurants and following his passion, Josh decided to hone his culinary skills at the renowned Stratford Chef’s school.
Josh is looking forward to his future with Jayne’s Gourmet and the challenges it has to offer. We are delighted to have him as part of our culinary team!
